A royal stay on the canal

From our picturesque room, we were serenaded by gondoliers while enjoying a delightful breakfast served with great attention. The ambiance truly felt regal.

Finding the reception next door was slightly confusing at first, but the warm welcome made up for it. the bed was a bit too firm for my comfort.

The breakfast setup was a total delight, especially the fresh cakes & pastries! 😍 Great location, lovely decor, and the staff were super accommodating. Only downside was the room could get a bit warm.

The luxurious canal views from my room were mesmerizing.

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my stay. The air conditioning was ineffective. I could not get the room cool enough for restful sleep. twice in a three-night stay, water leaked from the shower onto the floor, causing my suitcase to get soaked. Limited storage space in the room was also quite irritating.

My stay was pure magic with a stunning canal view room that allowed me to wake up to gondolas gliding by. The breakfast spread was a delightful feast, featuring fresh pastries and a variety of hot options that truly set the tone for the day. The common areas were beautifully adorned, creating an inviting and luxurious ambiance that I loved soaking in throughout my visit.

Room temperatures too warm!!! Limited storage space in rooms frustrating!!! Inadequate soundproofing resulting in noisy disturbances!!!

Our canal view room was stunning, but the bed felt too hard for us.

Staying here felt like stepping into a beautiful piece of history. Our suite had an incredible canal view, and the staff went above and beyond, making dinner reservations and suggesting great local spots. The atmosphere was enchanting!

While the noise from nearby restaurants was noticeable at times, it didn't ruin our experience.

The huge ceilings and carved furniture gave our room a cozy, historical vibe. We really enjoyed the selection of snacks and drinks available in the afternoon.

A beautiful stay steeped in history

My recent stay was absolutely enchanting! The hotel exudes old-world charm with its remarkable decor, and being right on a canal added to the magic. Breakfast was a delight with a variety of cooked options and fresh fruits to choose from. The attention to detail from the staff truly made the experience more special. I just wish the shower design was a bit more practical, as it sometimes led to spills on the floor.

Room was comfy with great A/C, but luggage storage could be improved.

The Junior Suite with Canal View was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a fantastic bathroom. Waking up to see gondolas pass right outside was amazing! The bed was super comfy too, making it easy to relax after exploring. The staff were super helpful with recommendations and even catered to our dogs, which made our stay that much nicer.
